Your body has to ‘get in the mood’ for detoxing and that’s why we’ve compiled a 5 part list of don’ts, starting 2 days before and finishing 2 days after detoxing:

  • No alcohol
  • No cigarettes
  • Preferably no meat, especially red meat
  • No pies and pastries
  • No coffee or tea (with the exception of herbal tea)

After finishing your program you should be more aware of what’s good for the body and what’s not. Make advantage of it!
